Preserve, display, interpret and develop collections related to the buggy manufacturing heritage of Mifflinburg.

Encourage the highest standards of museum practices, conservation, and historic research;

Present a variety of educational programs and tours which interpret to a broad public audience turn of the century life as it relates to the buggy manufacturing industry;

Develop and sustain a board of directors that can administer the Museum’s mission and ensure effective organizational planning according to acceptable nonprofit standards and management procedures;
